How do I use my Remote Work Malaysia Coworking Pass at a partner WorkSpace?
The answer is…Using your Coworking pass is simple! Once you’ve purchased your desired pass, you’ll receive an email directing you to generate your unique QR code. Just present the QR code to the WorkSpace crew to redeem your access and (if any) F&B credits. You’re then all set to enjoy the amenities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and vibrant atmosphere while you work. Remember, each pass has its own terms of use, so be sure to check the details for your specific pass.

Should I expect the WorkSpace to be quiet?
WorkSpaces (and cafes in general) vary widely in terms of noise levels, and the noise is unpredictable depending on who comes into the WorkSpace. If you need a quiet environment, it’s a good idea to look for WorkSpaces with private rooms and book them.
I have a Coworking Pass without F&B vouchers. What if I would like to purchase food or drinks?
Your Coworking Pass comes with free flow of drinking water. If you wish to purchase food or drinks, you can do so by ordering directly from the cafe’s menu at your own expense.
The Coworking Pass grants you access to the cafe, allowing you to enjoy the ambiance and Wi-Fi connectivity. Any additional F&B orders will be a separate cost, providing you with the flexibility to choose exactly what you’d like to savor during your work session.
I have a RM25 F&B Voucher. What if I spend more than RM25 in the WorkSpace?
If your order exceeds RM25, you can simply pay the difference out of pocket. Enjoy your cafe coworking adventure with a tasty treat or a refreshing beverage to complement your productive day!
I have a RM25 F&B Voucher. What if I did not finish using my RM25 credits?
If you don’t finish using your F&B credits during your visit with the coworking pass, the remaining balance does not roll over to your next visit. It’s best to use the full amount of your F&B credits within the day as they are intended to enhance your coworking experience for the specific day.
I have a RM25 F&B Voucher. Can I share the F&B credit with another person?
The F&B credits that come with Day Pass or Nomad Pass are intended for the pass holder’s personal use during their coworking session.
Can I bring a guest along with my Coworking Pass?
Each Coworking Pass admits one person. Your guest is welcome to get a Coworking Pass to unlock a seamless working experience at our handpicked WorkSpaces.
What if I accidentally scanned my QR code when I haven’t planned to use it?
If you accidentally redeemed your unique QR code, please reach out to Remote Work Malaysia team as soon as possible. Simply send an email to hi@remotework.com.my or a direct message (DM) to the Remote Work Malaysia Facebook or Instagram page. Clearly explain that the QR code was redeemed by mistake and provide any relevant details such as the time and date of the accidental redemption. We may be able reset the QR code or issue a new one for your use.
To prevent accidental redemption, ensure you only present the QR code to WorkSpace staff when you are ready to use it.
