·

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and organised Graduate Management Trainee to join our team on a hybrid basis, working daily from our Cyberjaya office with some work-anywhere flexibility. This role offers hands-on exposure across daily business operations, business development, and growth initiatives, making it an ideal launchpad for a career in management.

You will work closely with senior team members, take ownership of real projects, and build a well-rounded foundation in how a growing business runs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leverage AI to establish smooth daily business operations, including administrative coordination, customer service, and process follow-through.
  2. Assist with business development activities such as lead research, client outreach, and partnership coordination.
  3. Contribute to growth projects — plan, execute, and track initiatives against goals and timelines.
  4. Plan and coordinate events (virtual and in-person): logistics, vendors, and timelines start to finish.
  5. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence — content planning, posting, engagement tracking.
  6. Prepare clear, professional communications for internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  7. Take on ad hoc projects as the business scales, with room to move into a management track.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1–2 years’ experience; open to all disciplines.
  • Strong motivation to achieve, with a drive to learn and grow.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent professional communication, written and verbal (English required).
  • Prior exposure to event management/community building (internships or campus events acceptable).
  • Comfortable managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, demonstrate ability to work independently on work-anywhere days.
  • Based in or able to commute daily to Cyberjaya or other locations in Klang Valley; reliable internet for remote days.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva, Jira, and AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc).

What You’ll Gain

  • Dynamic, real-life exposure to operations, business development, and growth strategy in year one.
  • Direct mentorship from the founder and a clear pathway to a management role.
  • A strong professional network from networking, business conferences, and community events.
  • A work-anywhere lifestyle — work from all coworking spaces and work-friendly cafes in Malaysia.
  • 60 work-anywhere days — work from anywhere in the world with your workspaces sponsored.
  • Competitive salary and benefits we offer.
